Do you ship internationally?

While our website currently processes domestic orders automatically, we are happy to ship worldwide! For all international inquiries, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp or email at support@rvkindianjewellery.in. We will provide a custom shipping quote and assist you with your offline order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment modes, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we currently only accept prepaid orders to ensure the fastest and most
reliable delivery service.

How do I receive my order confirmation?

Once you have ordered with us, you will receive an email from RVK Indian Jewellery.

If you used a Gmail address at the time of order then it may possibly land in "Promotion tab" of your gmail.

We request you to pull or drag our order confirmation email to "Primary tab" from "Promotion tab" to avoid missing our future communication.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. However, if you need to make changes and add more to your order; please contact us on WhatsAapp immediately. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be altered.
